Kombucha is a beverage that hails from China. People all around the world are discovering the health benefits of Kombucha and many drink this health tonic on a daily basis.
Kombucha is made by a process of fermentation. Black or green tea is mixed with sugar and then "the mother" (a symbiotic culture of yeast and other microorganisms) is placed in the jar and the process begins!
I created this group to teach the ways of making Kombucha and to taste different varieties, as well as to talk about the health benefits of drinking Kombucha.
