Meet other local Homemakers who are concerned about the state of our nation, want to learn more about America's history and heritage, attend a Constitution seminar, meet local candidates, and learn how to be proactive in your community, state and nation and have your voice heard--without sacrificing your families in the process.
Homemakers for America is a national organization created by women for women, with a local forum in Dayton Ohio and we are currently seeking women to start forums in their own area. We can help.
HFA Mission
Our mission is to foster an understanding, love, and respect for America’s history and heritage, her founding principles and values, her legacy and destiny, and build a nation of informed citizens and devoted patriots one woman and one family at a time.
Our Purpose
The Purpose of Homemakers for America is to educate American women and their families on America’s history and heritage, promote an understanding and respect for the U.S. Constitution and our founding documents of freedom, inspire an appreciation for our Founding Fathers and their families, cultivate a devotion to our symbols of freedom and allegiance to our citizenship, advance the principles of Liberty this nation was founded on, and teach and guide the women of America how to be actively involved as citizens in their homes, communities and the nation without sacrificing their families.
Our Motto
The HFA motto is a quote from Thomas Jefferson:
"Adore God. Reverence and cherish your parents. Love your neighbor as yourself and your country more than yourself."
Brief History
Since its founding in November, 2004, HFA has grown from its original 26 members in Dayton Ohio to a national membership in all 50 states providing support and services to millions of women throughout the nation.
HFA has had an impressive record with numerous accomplishments all from the dedicated efforts of a myriad of volunteers, mostly homemakers, who have given of their time and expertise to provide HFA a solid foundation. In the first year and a half alone (from October, 2004 to May, 2006) HFA volunteers accumulated over 10,000 volunteer hours which included the setup and maintenance of the website, membership services, daily operations, planning events and compiling grant applications, as well as other volunteer activities.
