This will be an amazing workshop for entrepreneurs that have:

A business idea but don’t know where to start An existing business and want to clarify or improve his model An existing business and want to find new ways of Operating and marketing its activities I’m organizing this workshop because I realized many entrepreneurs don’t take time to think about how their business works and this results in many challenges in networking, marketing, operation, prioritization...

I also realized that reading books isn’t the best way of learning for most of people and you easily get lazy and don't take time to really design your model. You always have questions or want to be challenged. Not everybody can’t afford a consultant or coach neither.

This Workshop is a great option, right in the middle where you can affordably learn, ask question and get challenged.

The model we will use is the really well known “Business Model Canvas” From Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. It’s the result of a gathering of input from more than 150 consultants and coaches gathered, analyzed and consolidate during a Phd research.

Objectives:

Understand the concept of Business modeling Learn how to use the business Model Canvas Develop your own Business Model In the Menu?

During this event I will guide you step by step to create your own Business Model.
