Siguiendo la tradición de Vinyasa yoga, el enfoque principal de esta clase es en la sincronización de la respiración y el movimiento. Following the tradition of vinyasa yoga, this class focuses on the coordination of breath and movement. Practicing asanas in a heated space increases flexibility, provides better cardiovascular activity and provides better desintoxication of the cells and internal organs. Students can expect increased strength, flexibility and stamina!
