When picking out your first hoop, the BEST place to get an adult sized hula hoop is at NiaMoves in the Heights, and you want to get one that reaches between your belly button and your chest as you stand it in front of you. If you are slender have your hoop measure closer to your belly button, and if you are perhaps more voluptuous? Then closer to your chest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We like each other, we are interested in each others lives, we enjoy creative fitness and overall look to raise our vibration with hooping, hoop dance, hoop flow, poi and I'm secretly in love with big a@@ bubbles.
