We will have a video about Dr. Price's research followed by a slide show and discussion of the underlying characteristics of nourishing traditional diets.

What you will learn about traditional diets:

--Which nutrients are essential

--The benefits of cooked versus raw foods

and much more. . .

There will be giveaways and plenty of time for questions and answers both during and after the presentation. The meeting should last about 1-1/2 to 2 hours depending on the number of questions.
