Hot Glass Cold Beer (SF)

Hey gang,

Hot Glass Cold Beer at Public Glass (http://www.publicglass.org/) combines glass demonstrations, live music and refreshments. http://photos3.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/b/b/d/c/event_181368092.jpegFor a $25 donation to Public Glass, you can select your own hand-blown glass to drink your fill of beer or wine, and take it home when the evening is over! (It makes for a great a one of a kind Christmas gift. ;-)

My good friend, Eric W., told me about Public Glass a few years ago; but alas, another wonderful thing that San Francisco has to offer that I have not explored yet. So we're doing it! The next installation of HGCB will feature Jaime Guerrero in the hot shop and Jeff Rogers and James Friedberg in the flameworking studio.

There will be a lot of people there, so look for this group with BLUE and PURPLE BALLOONS. Our event cell: 415-489-0460.

1750 is the Hotshop (Glassblowing, casting, coldworking)
1770A is the Warmshop (Fusing, slumping, flameworking)

• Take the MUNI T line towards Sunnydale
• Exit at Williams Station. (across from McD's)
• Walk South one block
• Turn Right on Armstrong Ave. (going West)
• PUBLIC GLASS is on the right-hand side
