|I tried ordering this from a company who sent Free Samples for a $3.97 shipping. What the company did was charge $232 to my debit card. The company would not answer their phone nor would they respond to emails.|
I had to go to the bank and talk to the bank manager about the charge. I had a printout of what the company advertised, the phone numbers and email address, and the invoice where the company charged the $232 to my account. The bank fraud department had another phone number listed for the company and called that number. The company finally answered the phone and insisted that they only charged $3.97 to me. After the bank manager got on the phone and talked to a supervisor, the company insisted that they charged nothing to me because my credit card had been rejected. The company would not look up my order number nor give the bank manager any info as to where the company call center was located.
In short...BE AWARE OF THESE COMPANIES. If the bank manager had not gotten on the phone and argued, I would not have gotten my money back. These companies are FRADULANT COMPANIES.
