Let me support you in achieving your health goals, as I have already done with so many people. My expertise is in increasing energy, reducing weight and getting you motivated to exercise.  Inspiring others to achieve goals they thought impossible to reach is an incredibly rewarding experience and my personal passion.

I will help you achieve all your fitness, nutrition and general life goals step-by-step and at your own pace. Whether one-on-one and/or in a group setting, we will walk, hike, bike, run, talk, cook and/or connect together in so many wonderful life-changing ways. Trust me, you can and will do it all... Be ready to surprise yourself.

How will you get to the desired results? This is my role, to guide, inspire, and motivate you. I’ll be by your side and on your side every step of the way as we undertake this journey together.

Jeff: I joined this group exactly 4 1/2 months ago. On my original post I said I hope to become friends. Today I am happy to post I HAVE made some really good friends and I am hiking and accomplishing things that I never thought were possible. This is a great group if you want to get outdoors, meet fantastic people and have lots of fun!

My story:

Several years ago I realized that I just wasn't living the healthy lifestyle I deserved.  I decided to take control of my life. I lost over 60 lbs by making gradual changes to my exercise and eating habits. This was a very encouraging start, yet there was much more work to be done. Focusing on how I could improve other areas of my life, such as my relationships, career, spirituality, really made the difference in terms of my overall health and happiness. 

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. My formal education in these fields allows me to understand the psychological factors underlying a health problem, and so it enriches my true passion, which is to help people achieve their life goals through fitness, nutrition, and a balanced life that works for them.  I am currently a student at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
