Agile Development in an Agency Setting

Agile product development has exploded into popularity in recent history, rightfully earning its hot topic status by leaving behind a mountain of success stories and paving the way for popular movements like Eric Ries' The Lean Startup. But Agile Methodology relies heavily on just that - agility. So how can you stay agile when your team is bound by outside forces like client feedback and faces resistance from remnants of a waterfall process? Join Huge (@hugeinc) and guest speakers Jeff Gothelf (@jboogie) of Proof and Peter Bell (@PeterBell) of CTO School as they explore ways to deploy Agile Methodology in settings where you don't always have all the control. By covering strategies like mapping your existing traditional roles to their Agile counterparts and making the process work with disjointed project teams, you’ll discover how your team can unlock the benefits of Agile.

If you have already RSVP'D via our Tech Meetup Group you are all set.

I was hoping this would be more about how to use agile methodologies in an agency setting, where there are multiple projects happening at the same time. But it really felt more like it was about how to sell the methodology to potential clients. I'm sure it was useful to some people, but wasn't what I had expected.
