This meditation set will focus on a particular Grounding aspect of meditation with guided chakra cleansing and releasing of what is holding you back. We will be working with this set for 3 weeks. Please bring a notebook, wear comfortable clothing and bring your matt for an amazing evening of peace, joy and bliss!
