…a program specifically designed for effective cardio and muscular exercise. It incorporates the fitness benefits of traditional Polynesian dance moves in combination with various aerobic and strength training strategies for an optimal full body workout routine.
All fitness and dance levels are welcome!
HULA MOVES classes are a time for you to unwind, have fun, and dance your way to better health in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Who is teaching it?
Jennifer Leilani Adams~ She has been instructing healthy movement for over 5 years, is a certified Personal Trainer, a Professional Polynesian Dancer, and Kim Taylor Reece Model.
What does Jen believe in?
To love her students unconditionally; to empower and inspire them to reach their health potential through cardio and Polynesian dance movement.
First class is Free! (We want you to try it before you buy it!) Then, your option...
1. $10 per class
or
2. $40 per 4 weeks (gets you into all the classes for the 4 weeks)
