I'm delighted to announce our Business Week MeetUp (http://www.bizweek2013.co.uk/events/99) at the C4DI Beta in the Fruit Market. We have two terrific speakers who will be talking about the exciting projects they have been involved with, how to build a successful tech / digital business (and sell it) as well as give their views and advice for tech startups in 2013.

Lee Strafford:
Lee is the visionary and entrepreneurial leader who architected the success of PlusNet as its co-founder and CEO from 1997 to 2007, leading it from start-up, through IPO and finally to exit by sale for £67m to BT in 2007. All this was achieved by ensuring focus was maintained on very strong financial and customer KPI performance with a foundation based on an operating culture of openness and collaboration with employees, customers and supply chain partners.
Dr Jamie Coleman:
Jamie has founded and acted as Director in companies involved in science animation, educational software and medical data. As a consultant to the Open Innovation Project, an €8.2 million fund, he worked to bring together digital technology, science and the creative industries. He is founder and Managing Director of TechCube, a technology incubator in Edinburgh; a Director of Northface Ventures and Founder of the Turing Festival.
