Hull and Beyond: diversity and opportunity in the tech community

Speakers:

We are very lucky to have these fantastic speakers join us for the evening.

They will all be talking about the work that they do in their respective roles and how they got to where they are today. The evening hopes to provide a greater perspective on the experiences and opportunities available in the field of technology as well as some insight into the work of the 2017 team.

The overarching message is one of diversity; we want to actively encourage more female members at C4DI, encourage female founders of startups and promote the work going on in Hull and ultimately, to highlight that the technology and digital arena is open to people of all backgrounds.

We will round off the evening with a Q&A and discussion.

A big thanks to our wonderful intern Catherine who has helped organised the event.
