The Talk
The Importance of Google Analytics: How To Set and Forget
You've no doubt heard of Google Analytics. It's likely that you routinely add Google Analytics tracking code to your websites. However, it's equally likely - as a developer - that your interest and involvement probably ends there.
The fact is, correct analysis of the data that analytics provides can make the difference between wild success or dismal failure for a web-based business. Even if you don't have a vested interest in your clients' businesses, someone else most definitely will, at some point in the future.
We'll demonstrate why it's so important to have "correct set-up of Google Analytics" as a key item on your developer checklist. We'll show you how to correctly set up Google Analytics and avoid common pitfalls. You'll be able to 'set and forget', confident that your client (or 3rd parties working with your client) in future will have access to the right historical visitor data, so crucial to making business success decisions.
We'll have the normal great chat and networking before and after the speakers. The talks will be commencing at 7pm.
See you there!
John
