As with most things in life you experience relationships in layers and phases. The Human Awareness Institute (HAI) operates on the premise that everyone deserves love and intimacy. We’ve designed our relationship workshops for traditional and non-traditional couples and singles with methodologies to get results and deliver experiences that help you grow and evolve as a person. We do this with the knowledge that everyone wants to love and be loved and the journey must start with your relationship with yourself.

Each workshop happens in a specific order to create a caring, supportive and safe environment to help you progress and discover the ingredients for happy, healthy, loving, intimate relationships. Your first step on this sacred journey is the “Love is a Miracle” workshop, the prerequisite for all other HAI Love, Intimacy and Sexuality workshops.

“Love is a Miracle” is a Love, Intimacy and Sexuality Workshop designed to show you how to fall more deeply in love with yourself and others, learn to trust, heal past hurt from relationships, discover how to fully and authentically share who you really are with others by allowing yourself to risk, and expand and grow beyond your normal limitations. You’ll experience love, trust and relationships in a way you’ve never before thought possible.

During your “Love is a Miracle” workshop weekend you can expect to gently move through the layers of pretense, negative beliefs, fears and protective behaviors that have prevented you from receiving and giving love. This is where we uncover, and enhance your passion for living, natural appreciation and acceptance of yourself and others.

Participants can enjoy experiences that include:

Learning techniques to shed your fears, judgments and dis-empowering beliefs that keep you separate from others.

Supporting one another on journeys of forgiveness sometimes expressed with healing tears when past abuse is released.

Declarations of self-love including witnessing participants who finally see themselves as beautiful for the first time.

Relationships coming back together and couples falling in love again after years of separateness and misunderstanding.

Camaraderie, love, compassion and connections with like-minded individuals who understand the sacred journey and are on the same path.

Once you have completed “Love is a Miracle” workshop, you are eligible to progress to the other seven levels of workshops in sequential order (after completing Level 5, Levels 6-9 may be taken in any order).
