HumanOps San Francisco, October Meetup

Details
HumanOps is a set of principles which focus on the human aspects of running infrastructure.
It deliberately highlights the importance of the people running systems, not just the systems themselves.
The health of your infrastructure is not just about hardware, software, automation, and uptime - it also includes the health and sustainability of your team.
This meetup will focus on burnout --- how it feels like, how to deal with it, how to manage people so that they don't burn out. We all know people who've burned out, or have been "funemployed" for a long time. Why is it so common in our industry? How can we help our friends, colleagues, and employees not get burned out?
This meetup will be four short (10-minutes) talks followed by an hour of discussion.
