Erin from LLS made a presentation, Brittany showed a video of an atheist survivor. Brittany was the only walker in attendance and her family members were the only guests. The event made a profit of $108, which was going to be divided between the walkers who attended, so the entirety was donated through Brittany's walk page.

If you cannot attend the event, but would like to donate, you can do so at our walk page by making a team donation or donating to an individual walker:

You can also bid on items donated by local artists and businesses by going to the facebook event page or emailing me at [masked]:

Thanks for the effort in bringing (and taking action) awareness to such great causes. Needless to say, when we ignore , life can just get snuffed out from those being affected---and these can happen to any of us, our loved ones, dearest friends, etc. Don't wait for the worst of fates. Everyone must be avail of the opportunity to make the big difference in saving lives. Maybe, too, we could include the urgently needed help to save those abandoned others that Alzheimers continually killed in epidemic proportions.
