Getting together with Viktor, a qualified and experienced Hungarian chef, you can watch and learn how to make presentable and delicious Hungarian meals, which you can taste/eat at the end of the cooking lesson.
Viktor is the chef at the Hungarian embassy, who also cooks in Hungarian restaurants around Japan.
He is practised and passionate about Hungarian cooking, combining traditional Hungarian flavours with modern gastronomy.
Starting with well-known dishes such as goulash (gulyás), chicken stew (paprikás csirke), stuffed cabbage (töltött káposzta), cheese scone (sajtos pogácsa) and doughnut (fánk), he can also introduce members to some of the hidden gems of Hungarian cuisine.
