Our lives are lived through the contemplation of everything that seems to be pressing for us to achieve or experience, and often, we forget to take a moment to just be still. Meditation provides us a time to let the concerns or the events of the day or days go, and just sit with the Truth that is always living within us. We are surrounded in, and living by the state of consciousness which we possess and share with others; gaining insight into our own state of consciousness provides us an avenue through which to become aware of how to be in the world in which we live.

Through meditation led by one of our skilled Practitioners or Ministers, we can achieve a state of Grace to be prepared for our own evolution. Silence is our method and love is our approach. A mixture of these produces amazing results!
