Huntington Beach Reiki was created to spread reiki and healing to all that need it. We offer Reiki sessions, classes and workshops for a donation that is comfortable for you. We believe passion and perseverance creates a healing and healer, not money. Huntington Beach Reiki also helps the community by offering free reiki programs at local cancer centers, hospitals, hospice, senior centers and horse and animal rescues. Learn Reiki and help cancer patients by volunteering with us. We are helping at local cancer centers, hospitals and have started our own free reiki 4 cancer clinic. The clinic offers free reiki to cancer patients, their family members and care givers. We offer this every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 11:00am-12:30

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese, energy based therapy that promotes healing and overall wellness. A reiki practitioner uses his or her hands to transmit energy to the recipient.
People use Reiki for relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief, in efforts to improve overall health and well-being. Reiki has been used by people with cancer, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, fatigue, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and other health conditions, as well as by people recovering from surgery or experiencing side effects from cancer treatments. Reiki has also been given to people who are dying (and to their families and caregivers) to help impart a sense of peace. Reiki also helps with weight loss, bad habits, addictions, and fertility and pregnancy issues.
All Reiki classes are offered for a donation. Donations go to help people with cancer. Reiki Classes are taught by Reiki Master Kerri Draper.
All Reiki Certification Classes are provided in an in person class setting. The class material comes from the handbook Developed by Mikao Usui and the International House of Reiki
The classes also include some Reiki techniques developed by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT)
All classes offer a teaching style that combines education, demonstration, and practice sessions so you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice for yourself and others.

Project Free Reiki 4 Cancer offers free reiki healing sessions and classes to cancer patients, their family, and caregivers. Project Free Reiki 4 Cancer was founded by Kerri Draper in 2009.Since then we have helped many improve quality of life, heal, and recover.
Reiki is an ideal complement to medical care. Reiki is non invasive and cannot harm, yet yields powerful results. Research has proven reiki helps reduce anxiety, stress, pain, fatigue, and other issues related to cancer treatment.
Reiki classes teach cancer patients self healing and enable them to participate in their own treatment plan. Many patients give self healing during chemotherapy, as well as, before and after procedures and surgery. Patients use self healing to deal with stress and sleep issues.
After taking a class, family members and caregivers have the knowledge and expertise to help loved ones through a difficult time.
· According to The American Cancer Society, Reiki is a safe complementary cancer therapy. Their website acknowledges patients' subjective reports of Reiki's ability to speed healing and increase their sense of well-being. Like massage, Reiki induces relaxation, lowers heart rate and reduces stress levels. Studies indicate that people heal better if they can remain in a low stress state. Reiki involves a light touch or no touch at all. (There is no tissue manipulation.) Recipients remain clothed while energy flows above and into their body. For people with multiple tumor sites, Reiki offers a chance to tap into the healing power of relaxation without any contraindications.
