We want to get as many people to try stand up paddle boarding as possible !
Stand Up Paddling is one of the fastest growing water activities.
Amazing core work out, gain balance, and upper body strength. 

Rental of board and paddle with instruction from us is $15.50, we paddle about an hour in the harbor. Click on "Our calendar" to see the times and dates of our sessions.


No wet suit's required, you must know how to swim, beach attire recommended.
