There will be an introductory session to give everyone a taste of what Go is. The tour will cover the basics of Syntax, Interfaces, Goroutines, Channels etc.

Then we'll discuss how Go fits in, what are it's biggest features and drawbacks, compare it to other languages, learn the tools of the trade, share resources, tips and advice. We'll plan for a Beginners Workshop in the next meetup, if people are interested.
