HCCC Race 5 - Team Road Race

Race Fees: Rs.750 per team

Rules:

The race is part of the 2011 racing season. The size if each team is 5 For teams with < 5 riders, organizers will hold rights to add more riders to take the total rider count to 5. If organizers fail to provide the same, the team will be allowed to ride with less than 5 riders. Drafting behind a fellow cyclist allowed. The fellow cyclist can belong to the same team or different team. Drafting behind any other kind of vehicle is not allowed. Points System:

The rider finishing first will get 50pts, the one finishing second will get 48pts and so on till the rider finishing 20th (12pts). All riders who finish the race after that will get 10pts each.

Team Points:

The team races in the 2011 season are meant to be get-used-to-team races and teams don't currently have any significance w.r.t points. We will however be declaring the cumulative timings of each team.

What will be provided:

Basic refreshments after the race: Water, ORS, Bananas, Nutribars etc; Assistance in case of any problems (a car will pick you up and drop you at the end point) We will have amateur photographers clicking awesome snaps :)
Notes to Volunteers:

Any expenses made towards organizing the race would be reimbursed - specially fuel if your car is used for any race related purpose If you are interested in volunteering please RSVP and indicate that you want to be a volunteer. As a token of appreciation breakfast is sponsored to all volunteers (hurry!)
