Hypnosis Health Info Meetup Group is all about discovering, examining, learning and putting to use self-hypnosis for health and wellness. Are you stressed and filled with anxiety? Do you need to lose weight or stop smoking? Are you struggling with menopause, Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune illnesses? Or, what about insomnia, impotence? Are you recovering from cancer or preparing for a surgery? The list of possible topics is endless.

Each month we will focus on one topic, exchange ideas and experience hypnosis related to that topic. The events combine lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice.
