I AM P.A.M Art Group was made for HSP's (Highly Sensitive People), INFP's, and all sensitive types who are artist and need a place to heal, grow, and feel safe being themselves. I am an INFP who is healing from a Narcissitic mother and an abusive childhood. I created this art group so that I and other sensitives can come together, get stronger, and be ourselves out in the world as artist.

A typical meetup would look like everyone bringing their particular art supplies; paper mache, beading, jewelry, knitting, crochet, a computer for graphic design, collaging, and etc. I hope that some may collaborate on projects as well as work individually. The purpose of this art club is to start and finish art projects for out own personal healing, to sell, and to put on art shows. Anyone is welcome to add their suggestions. I hope you can understand what I am trying to say here because I am having a hard time putting this into words.


Not only can we meet to work on art, but we can also meet for other art events around the city, which  is a great and fun part of the healing process. Anyone can suggest meetups, you are welcome to.
