Do you love the runner's high? Are you looking for a group of friends who can help motivate you? This is a group for people who struggle to hit the pavement, but are always glad they did in the end. If you already run more than 5 miles a day, you are disqualified from this club. We will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 5pm to SLOWLY work towards a 5K race. The plan is to run/walk 3.1 miles each time. Each week we will run more and walk less. Naturally, a regular happy hour will follow practice for those who can make it.
