This group is for people who want to learn some skills, tips, and tricks for managing their lives and the stress in their lives better. It is a "think outside of the box" approach to life coaching. The focus will be on creating a balance between mind/body/spirt. Topics will include nutrition, exercise, meditation, relaxation techiques, chakra balancing, sacred geometry, alternative healing modalities, and creating a customized toolbox of coping strategies.
