Emotional Healing with Essential Oils

Did you know that emotional trauma is stored in the limbic system of the brain in an almond-shaped area called "amygdala" that can only be reached by smell?

In this profound workshop, we are going to discuss what oil to use (and how to use it) for the following purposes and other challenges:

- when you are exhausted or drained

- angry or frustated

- panic or in fear

- heart-broken

- felt not good enough

- felt unsupported

- felt lonely, left out, isolated

- want to clear issues with your father

- clear patterns that run in generations

- having difficulty honoring your own body and boundary

Essential Oils are very easy to use and have immediate effect and can combine with any holistic healing modelity or therapy that one chooses to use.

What are Essential Oils?

Essential Oils are plant extracts, taken from seeds, flowers, leaves, bark, stems, roots, and other parts of plants. Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are most often extracted via a low-heat steam distillation. It may require several hundred or thousand pounds of plant material to extract one pound of pure essential oil, which is the true essence of the plant. Essential oils are volatile liquids (not always oily) gifted with natural fragrance (aromatic) and healing properties (medicinal value).
