Rituals, Rites of Passage and Change

We kick off with a networking and learning session about what we can learn about designing change from rituals and rites of passage. Some societies create ceremonies involving the whole community to help individuals move through significant events such as coming of age. In this session Clare North (https://twitter.com/ClareNorthCoach) a local coach, facilitator and change consultant, will share some learning from a course - Designing and Leading Change (http://www.grove.com/wkshp_pcd.html) with the Grove Consultants (http://www.grove.com/). There'll be time for informal networking and chat before and after the talk. Talk starts at 7.
