Sharone Zitzman - Thank you for the hard work behind the scenes to arrange the event . The event was super organized.
    Well done!

You can find the conference slides at http://www.slideshare.net/openstackil and the videos will be up on the OpenStackIL YouTube channel - as Florian said, within a couple of weeks.

The event was great, no doubt here. But many people stayed without lunch. Session 2 ended at 13:40 and the salty cucumbers was the only food that left to eat. I guess the lunch preparations could be improved in future meetings.

      +1

    • Nati S.

      Gil thanks for the feedback
We're well aware about the shortage in food and we will for sure handle it better in the next event.
Part of the issue with free events is planning for capacity as there is high fluctuation between those who RSVP to the event and those who shows up.
Lucky for us is that we had more people than anticipated.

On the positive side it's still better than the opposite way around, still I agree that we can and should do better.

Where can we watch the event's content (videos, slides...) ?

    June 2, 2014

    • Florian H.

It usually takes about 1-2 weeks for the talk videos to become available at http://youtube.com/Op... — please be patient. :)

    • Eran M.

Thank you, many thanks also for pointing me to the Galera direction.

Remarkable event, many thanks to Avner, Nati and team for steadily organizing this event. I found Yaron Haviv's lecture of great value to those who want to deploy OpenStack at any scale; I found Thierry Carrez' [too] short session of great value to those who look for Release Management paradigms at large (Thierry was modest enough to state that OpenStack is *maybe and among* the biggest software project currently active).

Had an amazing time, met a lot of great people and learned a lot. The organizers did a great job! A little disappointed to see some of the lectures were purely in hebrew despite there being a number of people who were only English speaking.
