Cloud computing and Windows Azure

You probably already know that windows azure is a platform as a service (PaaS), but what does that mean?
at this session, we will discuss the nuances between the different cloud service types (IaaS\PaaS\SaaS)
and also, the various services that compose the Windows Azure platform (compute,storage, network,data).
