Purpose of group: connecting movers, shakers, dancers in the area. Enabling movement gatherings and workshops with local and visiting facilitators/teachers for exploring: mindful movement, conscious/expressive dance, drum/dance circles, moving meditation, contact improvisation and various integrated movement forms.
