We start with a short relaxing routines, Feel your Qi and Activate your Qi, taking only a few minutes. You can use these daily at home. Then we get comfy using pillows, yoga mats, blankets (Bring your own, if you like). We watch a video about "new way of looking at stress". We also learn about OILS specifically used to reduce stress.
