INTERNATIONALS meet DUTCH in Rotterdam - 14th of February 2014

Dear INTERNATIONALS and Dutch,

This is the invitation, for a special get together, Internationals in Rotterdam party, for singles and couples, both Internationals and Dutch, in occasion of St Valentine’s day, on Friday Feb 14th at the Engels in Rotterdam. To make it really special, this time we have an amazing program!

The party starts at 9 p.m. with a mini Bachata Workshop & Demonstration given by Glen & Khristy from Salsaventura (check out www.salsaventura.nl). The latin music lovers knows that bachata is a dance from the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean islands.

At 9.45 p.m we will kick off the Internationals meet Dutch edition Let’s meet up with new and familiar people, integrate with the Dutch and enjoy the music from the DJ Morad the Sjeik ! (For over a decade Morad and Tijs have been working together in providing entertainment to festivals, clubs, bars and other venue's, creating sounds live on stage). So get ready for an explosive night of burning energy on the dancefloor because Morad and Tijs are with us again.

For the guest who like to have a Valentine dinner there is also a possibility to book a special menu in the restaurant Engels on the ground floor from 6 p.m. (www.engels.nl) Reservations for the pre Valentine diner : info@engels.nl )

WHAT: Internationals meet Dutch- special event

WHEN: Friday February the 14 th -from 9 p.m. till 2h00 p.m..

WHERE: at Engels Grandcafe Restaurant Zalen - on the top floor of Engels Groothandelsgebouw.

HOW TO GET THERE: next to the Rotterdam Central train station. Stationplein 45 - entrance is from the Stationplein side - take the elevator up to the 7th floor of the building and follow the instructions which will take you to the top floor.

SPECIALS: In order to keep control of the number of guests and for security reasons, you need to sign in via the facebook or meetup pages and bring a printout of your "yes" on these sites (this equals your entrance ticket, no charge!) If you are not a member of one of these websites, (this may be the case for the Dutch or visiting internationals), please drop us an email with the subject “Internationals meet Dutch Party ” at internationals@engels.nl, confirming your attendance and full name of the guests you may be bringing with you (we will add you and your guests to the list!). the print of our confirmation is your entrance ticket/

DRESS CODE: Because it is a special evening we want to make it more festive. we would like to make it a extra “Classy” night. If you like it, you can make it “red”

ENTRANCE FEE: none, but this time the printed email which proves that you are on the guest list is required at the entrance.

IMPORTANT: We, the organizers, have the intent to welcome everybody as soon as they arrive, therefore this time, as we expect a larger crowd, we will "enforce" a few more expats to help us to make it perfect! Don't be shy, as everyone we invite is coming with the same purpose: to meet new people and have a good time together.
