I/O Psychology Professionals in Philadelphia

The Industrial-Organizational Psychology Professionals in Philadelphia (IOPPP) is an organization dedicated to:

- Providing a local hub for ongoing networking, partnerships, education, and support for those learning, practicing, and teaching Industrial-Organizational psychology.

- Promoting public awareness of the benefits, practices, and services associated with I-O psychology, particularly to local business and organizations.

- Creating a collaborative forum for the discussion of issues relevant to business and the workplace, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, work-performance, work-life balance, and I-O related research and best practices.
