What we’re about
The mission of the Idaho Chapter Sierra Club is simple: to explore, enjoy, and protect the planet. Our outings and events are free and open to members and non-members alike.
The Idaho Sierra Club is a member-supported non-profit organization working to promote the conservation of Idaho's natural environment and climate by influencing public policy decisions through grassroots involvement.
The Sierra Club's members and supporters are more than 3.5 million of your friends and neighbors across the country. We are America's oldest, largest and most influential grassroots conservation organization.

Join the Idaho Sierra Club for an ADA-Accessible Stroll & Roll. We'll meet at Old Timer's Shelter at Ann Morrison Park to kick off the event with a free picnic and community-building. Then, we'll head out on a 2.11 mile stroll & roll along paved sections of the Greenbelt, stopping occasionally to take in the river views and take a breather as needed. We'll also be sharing about some of Boise's ADA-accessible trail options, as well as trails with accessible enhancements. It'll be fun--we hope you can join us!
