Yoga in the Yard

We're kicking off the new month, and our new space north of UT with yoga in the yard on September 1st with Adam Meringolo, one of our favorite yoga instructors from Black Swan and Practice Yoga.

Even yoga usually isn't your jam, we highly encourage you to come check this out! We've designed these nights for all levels, so please don't skip out if you haven't practiced before, or it's been awhile.

Bring your mat, we'll be practicing in the yard behind our office.
