Ruth P. Stevens
Everyone’s talking about social media, but what should you really be doing with it? Come hear B-to-B marketing expert Ruth P. Stevens cut through the hype and share four strategies for how you can use social media channels to build your brand, generate leads, solve customer service problems, and gain market insight.
In this fast-paced session, you will learn practical techniques for how to choose among the myriad social media options, and what steps to take to apply social media to your existing marketing program. We will cover the “Big Three” B-to-B social media—LinkedIn, blogging and Twitter. And a hard-nosed approach to deciding what to do about Facebook. At the end of the program, you will have a set of reasonable approaches to determining the optimal social media strategy for your business, plus a specific set of metrics for assessing the business value of the social media program you choose.
