Laughter Yoga, is a group of people of any background and education who choose to come together to laugh for no reason. Bringing nothing more than the willingness to play. It's a form of exercise where we combine simulated laughter with gentle yoga breathing techniques as a way to improve health and happiness. It is designed to "teach" the body to laugh without having to use humor or jokes.
Laughter keeps us healthy, it feels good, relieves stress and boosts the immune system.
There are no fancy movements, no contortions. Anybody can do it, and it's fun!
