    @Charles. One thing that is important with any critical client information is to understand where you are storing it (in the cloud, on a mobile device, on a local computer secured physically in your office,) and also making sure all important data is encrypted (which simply means stored in a way which is unreadable without the password.) We know know that most web-based email such as Gmail can be read by the powers at be, and that a simple password offers no protection. I am happy to continue this conversation off-line if you want.
