We are conducting OpenStack Workshop at SICSR, Pune that covers basics, followed by hands on Lab and OpenStack development process.

Day 1 : 21st March, 2015

10:00 AM- 10:15 AM : Introduction on OpenStack and the community - Sajid Akhtar, Platform Evangelist, Reliance Jio

10:15 AM- 10:30 AM : Introduction on OpenStack training-guides

Sayali Lunkad , Freelancer - OpenStack Core Developer

Pranav Salunke - Cloud Engineer, SUSE Linux - OpenStack Core Developer

10:30 AM - 12 PM : (workshop) OpenStack multi-node deployment

12 PM - 1 PM : Lunch break

1 PM - 2 PM : (workshop) Hacking multi-node OpenStack deployment

2 PM - 3 PM : (workshop) Getting started with OpenStack development

Day 2: 22nd March, 2015

OpenStack Development process: Sayali /Pranav

10 AM-10:30 AM : Overview

10:30 AM - 11:15 PM : Developers tools- Deploying Devstack

11:15 PM - 12:00 PM: Demo: Fix/review bugs upstream

12 PM -1 PM : Lunch break

1 PM - 1:45 PM : Roger Luethi's session on open source and Linux

2 PM - 3 PM : Submit a patch upstream!

3 PM - 3:30 PM : Q/A session

Pre-requisite for those who want to do the deployments on their machines:-(Machines will be provided to others)

System requirements :

i3, 4GB RAM, 50GB HD (Minimum)
On all supported platforms, you need to have VirtualBox installed. Linux based distros are preferred for Windows please install Putty before hand.
