Openstack Bug Smash Mitaka - Bangalore

How can you help make the OpenStack Mitaka release stable and bug-free while having fun with your peers? Join Intel, Rackspace, Mirantis, IBM, HP, Huawei, CESI and others in a global bug smash across four continents as we work together. Then, join us later in April in Austin, Texas, U.S.A. at the OpenStack Summit to get re-acquainted & celebrate our accomplishments!

We are glad to announce Openstack Bug Smash scheduled on March 7-8, 2016 at Intel, Bangalore Campus. Our key goal is to collaborate round-the-clock and around the world to fix as many bugs as possible across the wide range of OpenStack projects

REGISTRATION

Simply register on below etherpad by Wednesday, March 02. Registration is free, and we encourage you to invite others who may be interested.

PREPARATION FOR THE EVENT

All below pre-requisites are mandatory:

· Please carry your own laptop with Openstack environment setup.

· Setup gerrit, ssh and Launchpad account. Follow this page (http://docs.openstack.org/contributor-guide/first-timers-quickstart.html)for more details.

· Please pick bug(s) you would like to work on during the bug smash and post the bug link (from Launchpad) on the above etherpad BEFORE March 2nd.

· Please carry any photo id card Company ID Card, Govt issued PAN, Adhaar, Driving License etc.

· Breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea/coffee will be served.

Please note we only have 60 spots available. So RSVP asap.
