November ILSC Meetup

Greetings Leanophiles! Our cold ray is now fully operational, and we're using it to manipulate temperatures to a more comfortable level.

We're going to kick things off with a brief lean refresher. It's been a while since we've covered the basics, so we're going to spend 10-15 minutes on a crash course for beginners. Moved back to January, when everyone makes a New Year's resolution to lose weight, finds the lean startup circle, and shows up thinking they'll learn tricks to get fit.

It's metrics night at The Speak Easy. Statisticians get in free! Matt Gordon is going to give us an overview of "Pirate Metrics" (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue, or "AARRR") and how you can use them to inform your decisions.

After that, we're going to do a fishbowl on topics including metrics, misconceptions, pivots, and more. If you have any topics you'd like to see discussed, send me an email at [masked].

As always, there will be pizza and drinks, so make sure to fast beforehand for maximum efficiency.

Join or login to comment.

I enjoyed the Pirate Metrics discussion, and the fishbowl format.
