Perhaps you could say so, although the only client of my practice, so far, is me.
I've been practicing a fit and active lifestyle for 63 years, health-conscious eating for about 5-10, mindfulness for about 6 years, and quit practicing the piano about 57 years ago (too bad...). I think there are advantages to viewing everything one does in life as a "practice" - that is, with attention to the intention to do it well.
I'm an old geek and former instructor with extracurricular interests in fitness/wellness of mind, body, and spirit, a love of music, and an ambition to find a way to give back to the world that has been so kind and generous to me.
What a cool and eclectic group of people!
