People that manage or own rental properties (1 or 1000) often work alone and do not have colleagues to share their problems, successes or just share 'unique happenings' that occur daily. The idea of this group is to network, to share successful stategies, to help with unique problems, or just to have a sympathic ear for occurances from funny to scary. We might share rental forms or a useful plan to help problem tenants or select the right tenants in the first place. If there are folks out there, lets meet and see how often, when and where to meet and what we would like the group to look like.
