Details
My company has built over 50 web projects and startups. In that time I've seen client's total costs range from slightly under our original estimate to nearly 300% over. I'll discuss the psychology of estimation, the warning signs and decision-making that lead to scope growth, and strategies for keeping your project under control on on budget ... or at least close to it.
