Karen W. Hertz is the Founder of Holidaily Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado. A proud Colorado native, Hertz earned an MBA at the University of Colorado and spent 10+ years in distribution and logistics. She is a beer lover who has been gluten-free for over 5 years and recently opened Colorado’s first 100% dedicated gluten-free brewery. When not at the brewery, she spends her time with her husband and twin daughters.
