Anthony D. McDaniels, P.E.

President of RARE PETRO Engineering, PLLC (consulting company) & RARE PETRO Technologies, Inc. He graduated Colorado School of Mines May 2007 B.S. Petroleum Engineering while concurrently serving as a Sergeant in the Colorado Army National Guard Field Artillery. He spent the first 8 years of his career as a Petroleum Engineer for various oil companies in various US basins and attained a Professional Engineering Licensure in 2011. During his career he was concurrently learning about and investing in rental properties. In June of 2015 the company he was working for shut down their Denver office due to the downturn in the oil industry and Anthony decided with his wife to start their own companies to stay in Colorado near their families while raising their two children.

CTO and Co-Founder of RARE PETRO Technologies, Inc. He is originally from Durango, CO and graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2015. John has been developing mobile technology with RARE PETRO since October of 2015 and has been developing apps since 2012 when he decided to self-educate on the process of making the apps that fascinated him.

The Innovators' Workshop is a public service event coordinated by the IX Power Foundation and the City of Golden's Economic Commission.
