What is The Work?
The Work is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It's a way to understand what's hurting you, and to address your problems with clarity.

This is a group, led by Frank Carson Boyd (Carson) who is a graduate of The School for The Work with Byron Katie. He is also a practicing professional facilitator of The Work and has been and instructor of The Work at the Southwest Institute for the Healing Arts (SWIHA).
In this Meetup we will learn the inquiry process called "The Work of Byron Katie." This is a gentle, non-invasive process which employs the mind, to see beyond the mind. Through inquiry we find that our suffering is not the result of what happens in the world, but in our thoughts about what happens.
